Jennie, the main leasing agent I spoke with the most was kind enough to offer to drop packages off at my unit as she lived in the same building as me (the complex has 3 buildings) because she knew with my work schedule and commute I could rarely get to the rental office during open hours to pick up deliveries.Truth be told I when I first moved in I thought that I hit the jackpot, boy was I wrong, my building hardly gets clean, people never pick up after their dogs, don't get me started about maintenance, let's just say I cannot WAIT until my lease is up.Management is all nice to get you in there, but after you move in, if you are not one of their "favorite" tenants then you know how it goes.If we are falling short of this time frame I would like to know. Children are allowed to run rampant without adult supervision. On more than one occasion i have been injured due to kids and adults doing cannon balls in the pool.Property Manager I have been renting from pondview now for two years. Recently children have been destructive vandalising windows and playground equipment.They are neglectful about the upkeep of the parking lot. If I could speak to someone above the manager I would suggest firing the manager and putting the assistant manager in charge. I have been renting from pondview now for two years. A few items I noted upon move in have never been addressed. Even the girl who works in the office, -----, is loud and neighbors on the floor have heard her fighting with her boyfriend, among other noise disturbances. ---- and the maintenance staff are great, however some things either get fixed quickly or take months.
